Who we are

Cube Community is an association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, declared in Paris in September 2026.

The association is volunteer-run and its management is non-profit-making: no member of the board is paid.

It has organised and supported the Beat Saber World Cup (BSWC) since 2019.

Purpose

The purpose of the association is to:

support the international virtual reality rhythm game community by funding and operating the technical means of its activities (hosting, streaming, tournament tooling);
preserve, archive and make publicly accessible the audiovisual heritage of that community (VOD archive);
produce and publish audiovisual content related to those activities;
promote and support the creators, artists and volunteers who contribute to them.

Who it is for

Players, viewers, organisers, map creators and volunteers of the scene, regardless of nationality or place of residence.

The association hosts and supports charity events run by and for the community, such as Beat Cancer, for which it handled the broadcast and provided part of the technical infrastructure, notably the event overlays.

For these events, the association provides:

the technical infrastructure and the streaming overlays;
production and broadcast on the Cube Community channels;
the use of the Cube Community name and the promotion of the event to its community.

The association never collects the donations. Donations are made by donors directly to the beneficiary organisation, through the fundraising platform chosen for the event. No donated funds pass through the association's accounts, and the association takes no commission on them.

Transparency

The association's income and expenses are published line by line on Open Collective.

Donations confer no voting right and no influence over the association's decisions.
